Zac has been very tight-lipped about his e-mail address.  He is still getting used to all the publicity.  He used to be recognized only sometimes, even while in his WB TV show Summerland role.  After “High School Musical” premiered on the Disney Channel, Zac had to change his phone number and make it unlisted. Now he can’t go anywhere without being spotted.  He recently had to quickly leave a mall after being swarmed while shopping.

Zac Efron loves his fans and loves to receive fan mail.  He says he knows the fans make the person a star. He’s very grateful to the fans and he says it’s great to have people appreciate what he does.   

If you would like to receive an autographed picture of Zac Efron shirtless (just kidding - he's wearing a shirt), we found out that if you live in the US you can send a properly stamped and self-addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. A response can take anywhere from three to 6 months.  If you do not live in the United States, you will need to get some IRC’s (International Reply Coupons) and put them inside the envelope.  These will be used to obtain the proper postage to send the picture back.

Zac has become so popular in the past few months that you may have to wait quite a while for a response.  There are several email addresses and myspace pages claiming to be Zac Efron.  Beware of anyone claiming to be Zac online or of knowing his personal email address. Zac does not have a personal myspace or any public email address.
