To save it to your computer, right-click on your mouse, then click "Save Picture As".  

If you want to put the picture on your desktop (as a background to your icons and stuff, the directions are at the bottom of the page.

When you have saved the picture (right-click the mouse, then click "Save As"), make a note as to where you saved it.  
Then go to your "Start" button on the bottom-left-hand side of the screen.  Then go to "Settings, then go to "Control Panel".  
Then click on "Display".  Make sure that you're now on the top left tab (Background).  
Click "Browse".  Find where you saved the picture.  
Select that picture, then click "Okay".  
If the picture is super-weird on your screen once you've saved it, you may have the colors set to low-resolution.  If that's the case, go back to "Display", click on the tab "Settings", and make sure the color is set to "True Color (32 bit)"
